Spaniards are considered the most racist of all the different types of Mexicans.

how can they not think it has racial undertones?
el p, it's my theory that americans, with the possible exception of canadiens, are the least racist people on earth. most countries are one race and don't allow other races and those that have more than one race, seem to have trouble about it.
